Our emphasis is on clean, green and fresh produce, made with organic ingredients and sourced locally where possible.

You will receive a selection of The Wellness Tree chefs recipe cards as part of the Luxury Wellness Retreat programme.

Arrive at your venue, enjoy a refreshing Welcome drink on arrival & day briefing in the Orangery.

 

Morning silent guided woodland walk through the beautiful grounds and woodland  (wear trainers/comfortable shoes, warm clothes/water proof).

Morning Yoga, Pilates or HIIT session. Slowly awaken your senses and release endorphins ready for the day ahead. Or free time to swim in the pool.

A delicious lunch is served in the dining room. Ask, watch and learn about nutrition and healthy meals.

Enjoy an aromatherapy or deep tissue massage, or meditation by candlelight around the pool.

Afternoon tea and cake is served in the orangery

Mindfulness workshop: embrace change, a positive and stronger you.

Evaluation and debrief of future goals, embrace change.

Tap into your mind and senses with a guided relaxation and meditation session
